Yalla FC Refund Policy

Hollywood Soccer School LLC (DBA Yalla FC) – Refund Policy


Effective Date: 6/12/2025


Thank you for choosing Yalla FC, operated by Hollywood Soccer School LLC. 


We are committed to providing quality training and programs for all our players. Please review our refund policy below.


Season Information

  • Season Start Date: Sunday, September 7th
  • Registration Deadline: Sunday, August 24th
  • Late Registration Fee: Registrations after August 24th will incur an additional $25 late registration fee.


New Players: 

  • All new players age 2nd grade and older must attend a tryout before registering.
  • Tryout Date: Wednesday, September 3rd
  • Tryout Fee: $25
  • Deadline to sign-up for a tryout is Sunday August 31st.


Payment Information

  • Registration Fee: $40.
  • Official uniform must be worn to each practice. We recommend purchasing 1-2 kits, depending on number of training sessions per week.


Signing up for soccer is a seasonal commitment: 

Fall Season is from September to January; Spring Season is from February - June


Payment options:

  • Pay in full upfront, or
  • 5 equal monthly payments for your convenience.


Withdrawal: If your child wishes to withdraw from the program, 30 days notice is required.


EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL! Payments made by the early bird deadline of July 31st will be eligible for an early bird discount of half-price registration.


Refund Policy

  • Registration fees, and payments are non-refundable once the season begins.
  • Refund requests made during the Late Registration period (after August 24, 2025) will be refunded at 50% of the deposit fee paid. 
  • Tryout fees are non-refundable.
  • Uniforms and merchandise purchases are final sale and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
  • Missed sessions, practices, or games due to personal reasons, illness, or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable.
  • Weather Policy: If sessions are canceled due to adverse weather conditions (lightning, hurricanes, or severe storms), we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule, but make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations.
  • Program Cancellations by Yalla FC (e.g., insufficient enrollment): Full refund or credit toward future programs will be offered.
  • Special Circumstances: Refund requests for exceptional circumstances (e.g., injury with medical documentation) will be reviewed case by case and are at the sole discretion of Hollywood Soccer School LLC.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  2. Program/Session Registered
  3. Reason for Refund Request
  4. Supporting Documentation (if applicable)


Processing Time: 

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
